In these exceptional circumstances due to the uncertainty caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic, we at Crèdit Andorrà want to keep you up to date with all the relevant information.
The Bank has put in place a number of measures with a view to protecting people’s health and continuing to offer services to our customers with the maximum guarantees.
Now more than ever, we are by your side.

The Crèdit Andorrà branches listed below will remain open from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm from Monday to Friday.

We also remind all businesses that remain active during this time that they have access to our ATMs 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

In addition, to facilitate the provision of service to our customers, we provide you with an interactive map of the network of Crèdit Andorrà ATMs.

We at Crèdit Andorrà recommend that you avoid, as far as possible, visiting our branches and that you instead use the alternative channels you have at your disposal. For example, e-Crèdit online banking, the Línia Directa Crèdit telephone banking service, and the extensive network of ATMs, deposit machines and change dispensers.

With Crèdit Andorrà you have the option to view your positions and perform the most common transactions through the digital channels (website and app) at any time.

If you are already a Crèdit Andorrà customer and you have not yet signed up for e-Crèdit, call +376 88 88 88 to register over the phone without needing to go to your branch.

Línia Directa Crèdit is a telephone banking service that operates from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and saturday from  9.00 am to 3.00 pm. It allows you to resolve any doubts, check your accounts and perform transactions easily, quickly and securely, without needing to go to your branch.
